Huddle is now on Google Play. If you're a student at the University of Ilorin with an Android phone, you can install it like any other app, and it will update itself from now on.
What Huddle is
Huddle is a campus app built around your department. When you sign up, you pick your faculty and department, and the app puts you in their spaces along with your set's. From there you get your department's notices, past questions and notes sorted by course code, a marketplace for selling things to other students, messages, and pulses about what's happening on campus that day.
It's free. There are no ads and nothing to buy in the app.
The features page has screens of each part.
If you installed the APK from this site
Before Huddle was on Play, we shared an APK file here for early users. That file is retired.
If you have it installed, uninstall it first, then install Huddle from Google Play. The two versions are signed differently, so Android won't install one over the other. Your account, posts and messages are on our servers, so you won't lose anything. Sign in again after installing.
iPhone
The iPhone app is with Apple for review. We'll send one email the day it's on the App Store if you leave your address.
